Except for a few minor issues throughout the 2 years, everything has been great. Would probably have stayed for a third year except for the commute to DC being unbearable. Some times it is hard to find parking late at night, especially on Sunday nights... but usually can park close by to my building. As far as noises, we can hear when anyone opens or closes their front door from our living room, and when in one of the bathrooms, you can hear when your neighbors are in their bathroom. Lots of closet and storage space.
