No Customer service, high turn over in the Leasing Office, inconsiderate neighbors, but the apartments are nice (for now because they only 2 years old). The time I lived there, garbage was everywhere and never picked up from the dumpster. If you can find a nice apartment and get along with your neighbor, you got it made. I had to call the Police 4 times in 1 week about noise from the upper apartment at 2 and 3 in the morning. I don't believe the staff gave them a noise complaint at all. That was the final straw for me.
