I agree, the apartments look beautiful on the outside. That unfortunatly is the only plus of the complex.
Out of 7 months of living on the property we have come across a number of problems! Let me list a few......
1. Elementary children being physically assulted by high school students
2. Changing managers in the office, like you change y our underwear.
3. New management is rude and unfeeling.
4. Office staff does not have a clue of how to manage an office or how to work with the public. They don't even communicate with one another.
5. Roach infested. I open my door and the roaches ask me if I'm lost.
6. Trash all over the place
Just a few things to think over before moving to Kenton Crossing.
