I live here and it is not so bad, I do rent and not own. If I were to own a house, would I complain about what I paid for and the neighborhood' The rent in this area is outrageous and I was very fortunate to find housing in a nice area that would take my income in consideration and I am a single parent.
I have lived here for two years now and have had some ups and downs. There are some disrespectful people that live here, no place is perfect. My neighbor is an older gentleman and he is always so nice, so I guess I am lucky. There are alot of kids here that need parenting, but they need a place to live too.
The office staff has changed but have been friendly and helpful all the times I have been in the office. I did attend the Halloween party and that was nice for me and my daughter, safer than going door to door these days.
The maintenance staff have all been friendly and responsive. My airconditioning was out over the summer and one of the maintenance guys, Adolfo came out on his time off and fixed it so we could have cool air.
This apartment complex is not the perfect place to live but it is where I call home, so I tell others if they don't like living here why don't they move then. I hear up north the crime is high along with the rent, so they can start there.
Overall I would recommend these apartments to someone on a budgeted income.
