Here is only some of my expierence. It was so bad, that I probally won?t list everything.



First off, I was living in Woodbridge and decided to move to Lorton with my pregnant wife so she could be closer to her fam and I could be closer to work. The place looked incredible (except for the school construction).



Well we decide to move in, and we start the process. It takes them around 45 days (they told me 15) and they move me to a 4th floor apt! Keep in mind my wife is 5 months pregnant. I try to back out, but I can?t find a place and I can?t have my wife on the street. We finally make it through the process on the last day of our previous lease. We sat outside the office in our cars and a u-haul, waiting for them to finalize.



So we?re finally in the appt, but we couldnt get our electric turned on because we didn?t even know if we we?re getting in. We have the power company turn on our electric, and maintainance has to flip the breaker on the side of the building. We called the "emergency" number, never got an answer. It was the middle of the summer so we ended staying at a friends house, all our food went bad. Finally got to the point where I had to break into the closet and turn it on myself.



The management (if you could call it that) turn over is so high, no one has any clue whats going on. I had a dog, got rid of it. They said they would stop charging me for it. So about 4 months later I get this bill saying pay your monthly pet deposit or they?ll go to the credit bureau, so I have to clear it up again and they again.



My immmediate neighbors were great people, very quiet and respectful of others. But the others were a whole nother story. Here?s an example. One day I was comming home from work, two kids (can?t tell which ones because there are always many kids playing in the street - against lease policy) are fighting, someone calls the police. The police come and the moms of the kids start fighting!



This is getting long... one last story even though I have many more... I finally move out, the move out acutally wasnt that bad. Months later they send me an electric bill dated months after my move out date! I call the office, no one has any clue what it is. I call the electric company and they said that KSI is reponsible. The management once again apoligizes and I told them to leave me the hell alone.



Morale of the story: STAY AWAY! I couldn?t move my family away fast enough.
