I will be leaving here as soon as my lease is up. This place is so awful!!! If you have children or pets becareful because there is broken glass EVERYWHERE...on just about every sidewalk you try and walk on. Also in my first month there we had to call the cops because of kids fighting. The police now patrol everynight. They have to!!! But that doesn't make it any better. There have been times that 30 teenagers just stand in the parking lot and as soon as the cops come they scatter. Also seems to be a lot of drugs being dealt in the neighborhood and in the school parking lot behind the buildings. There are lots of parking spots which I guess is good because it seems some people have many people in one apt!! So you might not get a spot near your building because someone with a "visitor" pass is there. They have signs up that they tow but they haven't. They said they would tow anyone with the old parking pass. Not true cars are still out there. Its like you don't even need the parking pass. There is parking on the streets. That is a problem abondoned cars will sit there for weeks. Makes the area look trashy, it is trashy but this just adds to it. They dumpster is on one side of the complex and I wouldn't go there alone at night because sketchy people are hanging out by it. Not a safe neighborhood at all. I'm so happy to move. I guess with cheap rent comes trashy and disgusting people. That is what lives in this neighborhood. There are a handful of decent people that just try and stay away from the scum. I would not recommend this place to anyone even my worst enemy. But if you want to live in the ghetto than this place is for you.

I agree 100% paying rent as low as some people do, are pretty much the nasty ghetto people cause thats all they can afford. Everytime I tell a friend that lives there that I am gonna go visit I joke with her about how ghetto the area is and that I might have to bring some back up just incase anything happens
