So-So.

It was my first apartment before I bought a house.

Upon moving in, I was allowed to transfer my parking permit from one car to another. After several changes in management, the parking permits needed to be permanently affixed to the car. Parking is strictly controlled despite the ample amount of free spaces.

There were several sketchy groups hanging around the parking lot at early hours of the night. Don't bother them, they won't bother you. Just don't leave any valuables in plain sight in your vehicle.

If your apartment faces the woods, you shouldn't have any trouble with noise. Though I did have neighbors that were a bit troublesome. I had one noise complaint while both my roommate and I were at our respective workplaces. They routinely had loud arguements, a yappy dog, and parties. I never bothered with them. All in all, the neighbors are easy to get along with.

Although it's forbidden, some people leave trash on their balconies or in the walkway. Sometimes people drop trash in the parking lot on the way to the dumpster. (There's only one dumpster and it's at one end of the complex.) The place is usually fairly clean though.

Maintenance personel were professional, prompt, and efficient.

The apartment was advertised as cable ready. One outlet was provided in the living room, none in the bedrooms.

The floorplan was very spacious although there were little quirks, like light switches were placed in odd places. On your way into the apartment, you'd have to walk across a dark room to get to the light switch, or go behind an open door to find a light switch.

The appliances are very efficient. My utility bills were always lower than I expected. Top floor apartments absorb heat in the winter from lower apartments. It never got below 60 even when I left my heat off when I went on vacation.

The management staff turnover rate was high, there was always someone new at the front desk, but it wasn't a really bad problem...

All in all, it was okay. Some people are inconsiderate of their neighbors. It's luck of the draw who you live next to. Aside from the parking restrictions it was okay.
