I have lived in Kenton Crossing for almost two years now and I'll tell it like it is. Lots, and I repeat, lots of kids hang around the parking lot at night. And it is not because of the "rec center". That is B.S. These kids are anywhere from 13-18. I don't think they can use the toddler see-saw. Its also not a rec center, its an elementary school. I've had to walk by younger men that were sitting on the steps up to my apartment at night. Real safe huh' The office staff is a joke. I have complained about noise, vandalizm, etc. None of these problems have ever been resolved. If you're broke and you need the space, this is the place to live. If you have children or can afford a little more, please reconsider. No sugar coating needed

It depends on the amount you can afford, because some within the area are on the high end?

I have a friend that lives there and I tell her that she lives in the hood. This is a low income, section 8 area. It would not surprise me if there is a crack house in some of the units. I even went with her to talk to the office about some issues and got a kick out of the staff. They should be wroking for Mcdonalds or something not running an apartment complex
