I've lived there for the past 2 years and it is not as bad as people make it seem.. You will have roaches if you keep a dirty house.. Exterminators come out regularly.. I do see kids hanging outside but where are they supposed to be'' The management is so-so.. They could be better but they could be a lot worst.. The rent is reasonable especially for what you get.. Neighbors can be loud especially if you live underneath someone else but what do you expect'' Its an apartment.. Its a good place to start off at cause this is my 1st apartment and the area does not have a lot of crime.. I do see the police but they are just patroling but what neighborhood is perfect.. Just stay to yourself and pay your rent and you will be happy living here.

actually, unless they have cleaned it up in the past 3 years...there is a lot of crime and there were 10 year olds with guns that would pull fire alarms all the time and threaten others. I called the police when I saw one of them with a gun...that is 100% truth. Also, teenagers dont need to be hanging around in the parking lot or stairwells smoking pot and blocking the stairs until 1 or 2am. Where else should they be?? um home?? This truly was a ghetto!
