We bought an $11000 bike and just a few days later it was stolen out of the parking lot right infront of our apartment. The apartment was facing the school, woody area in the very back where only someone who comes back in the area would had to of seen closely considering the bike was up against the curb with our car parked infront of it so no crazy basterds would try taking it. Found out it was our neighbors. People are scandelous and we are always smelling pot. Its discusting. We have a baby and it is not a good place to keep your kids or expensive things around. I do have to say the maintenance and staff at the time (2005-2006) were pretty good about things and had a positive attitude and had no roaches or bugs whatsoever in the apartments. Really do consider living here safety wise!
