Stay away. There is a constant turn over in management. New staff is never aware of what the last staff has done. Can we say $150 rent increase. you guessed it! Ask to see if that is in the lease' Are you getting more for that increase' you guessed it! No! Maintenance! what Maintenance' Garbage and trash' you guessed it! do it yourself. When are they going to respond to a problem in your apartment' you guessed it! after several complaints! Safety' you guessed it! tenants do pay pay for safety. Community Peaceable officer' He's here, but where' Lighting' I heard management say they did not have a latter to replace blown bulbs on the side of bldgs' What about Lowe's, not in the budget' supplies' not in the budget' The favorite phrase is "I can't do anything about that, but I'm trying to help you now". Help how' dishonesty' yes! What about we can charge market value' What is the market value, Do they charge everyone market value' Ask to see it' If you like to be spoken to like a six year old being chastised, come here. Imagine paying for verbal abuse! I thought that was free. I watched personnel scream respect me to another tenant and then disrespect that tenant in the same breath (I have even walked in and heard management talk about tenants amongst themselves and on another occasion to me), incredible!. Can someone say self esteem issues. I think the corp office should pay for some customer service and compliance training; maybe even seek qualified individuals to be the fore front of thier company. Just think these are the people representing the copmpany. Scary isn't it. Remember folks, these people are only concerned with keeping the complex full so they can keep thier pockets full. Not Customer Service. Lastly, a full complex may not neccessarily mean a happy one. People still have to live
