After so much management turnover, the new staff at Sanger Place is a breath of fresh air. They have been here for almost 8 months and have made a lot of good changes such as controlling the trash situation. I am able to find a parking spot near my apartment easily and know that when I go to the leasing office there is someone that I know there to help me. When I received my rent increase in January, I am happy to say that we renewed for another year because I finally feel like there is someone in the office who cares about the property
