I wish I hadn't moved here

If I had only found this site before I signed the lease, I would be much happier. Everything that has been complained about is true. I could just cry. I should have known there was a problem when they told me my (excellent) credit rating was in the top 90th percentile. I thought this was a quiet place with a friendly staff, and I was excited about moving in.
Then the fun started. I waited a month for my apartment to be ready, which was better than I thought it would be (little did I know then) I called at least once a week to check on the progress of getting moved in. Not only did they never have the information for me, but, they never once called me back when they said they would. But, they remained nice to my face, when I would show up in person.
Then, after more broken promises, I finally moved in. To a different apartment than was on all my correspondence with them, and different from all the utility companies, etc that I had set up accounts with. The super-friendly maintenance guy assured me everything was taken care of, though.... That was the last time he was of any help what so ever. Now the only time we see him is if he is on a power trip and pretending to be acting on the behalf of management.
My windows and doors leak cold air, there were gray stains and cigarette burns in the bathroom, the blinds were supposed to be replaced, but, 3 months later, there is no sign of new blinds. The sink leaks, it's been 2 weeks, and I have no idea if I should even bother.
The staff has been horrible, except the nice man that always wears a suit and look professional. Every time I go in to ask why we weren't notified of something going on, their first response is ignorance, then after pushing, I get the terse, "Well, you should have known that was going to happen." routine that is getting old quick. When the fire alarms were being tested in every building no one was given notice. It was a horrible shock, I happened to be home at the time. When I complained, a young lady in the office snapped "We didn't know about it either." Then she admitted that the notification letter had been sitting in a pile of mail, and they didn't get to it in time to notify anyone. I didn't get an apology or even a weak assurance that the next time we would be notified in a timely manner. I wonder how many other important things are sitting unattended in the mail pile'
Oh, and have I mentioned that we get harassed by the so-called maintenance guy if we have a bag of garbage outside our door, but, he can park his motorcycle in the breeze way as long as he wants, and the manager can park her vehicle on the grass outside her apartment building, while the rest of us get towed at the drop of a hat if we aren't in the correct parking area. (Don't forget some of the guest parking is only Friday nights every other week if it rained that Monday, and you need the special pass issued only on Tuesdays... OK, that was a little sarcastic, but, it really is that confusing when you first move in, and try to explain it to your guests. And trust me, one of your friends will end up being towed because they thought they were in the guest parking, with the special pass hanging in their car window, but they were in the guest parking that is only for the weekend.)
I am depressed, and I feel like such a fool that I was suckered into living in this horrible place. I'm surrounded by rowdy, unsupervised children, a staff that refuses to treat you like a customer, but more like an inmate. You have to figure out what is going on before they do if you want to stay ahead, which is impossible, they expect you to fix problems you aren't aware exist, then make you feel like an irresponsible child when you are trying to find out what happened.
I've found the remains of two marjiuana "joints" right next to my car over the past 2 months, (I have never lived in a place where drugs were visible to me)and my apartment is a dump. I can tell that they were really nice when they were first built, but, it was dirty and stained when I moved in here. I just hope it's all over soon.
