When we first moved in here I was very excited. The staff was friendly, the parking spaces abundant, it was right next to 95 and close to the VRE, and the apartment seemed clean. Then they changed management...once while I was trying to move in, and a second time about four months later. Because of this, they delayed my move in day, the DAY OF the move in! They said they had no record of me moving in that day, and that the place had not been cleaned and would not be clean for two weeks. Things just went down hill from there.
The third management staff changed it's policies on parking three different times. The final time visitors not only have to park in guest parking, but must also have a pass. But beware; if your guest does not have pass in hand when they park, they will get towed. We had one friend literally take three minutes to park, get the pass, and go back to his car, only to find his car had been towed within that time. For those of you with children, I would also beware of this place. For the most part, the children here run unsupervised, and tend to get into a lot of trouble. There are three pre-teens that I have seen bully other kids in the area, that are out at all hours of the night, and have seen them smoking behind the back playground something that smells like weed. From fumigation notices sent the day before the fumigation (in which we are supposed to remove everything from all the cupboards and bathrooms in one evening), management not giving notice of policy changes in a timely manner, to insufficient garbage disposal for the amount of people living there, and repeatedly having to ask for things in the apartment to be fixed (it took about three weeks, and four times asking for the management to fix our air conditioning during the middle of summer, and they still have not fixed our screen door), I am highly dissatisfied with this complex, and would not recommend it to anyone.
