I have lived here sine these apartments were built. The first few years were not so bad. There were minor problems here and there but you?re going to have that anywhere. I am a very laid back person and it takes a lot the get under my skin. The current leasing staff and maintenance people are the WORST I've ever dealt with. Every time I called about a leak or something broken it takes at least 2 or 3 follow-up calls to get anything resolved. The leasing people are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. There are many times when I was in the rental office that they would discuss other tenants BY NAME and discuss private matter. I work in the evening and often when I get home there is no parking. Forget about parking in a guest spot because RESIDENT PARKING STICKERS are not valid in those spots and you will be towed! They even towed me by mistake one and I had to WALK to the lot to retrieve my car! It's dirty, kids run around unsupervised, and it's dangerous. DON'T MOVE HERE!
