Maybe my opinion is a little skewed based on the places I've lived before, but Sanger is damn near perfection! The guy and the girl in the office are amazing and friendly, even the maintenance guys. My apartment was beautiful when I moved in back in late Winter. My move-in inspection found 0 issues. I've had no problem with insects (2nd floor), the A/C actually works and doesn't break down or leak, and I can park right in front of my building. There's no one "hanging out" in front of buildings in the late night, nor any loud noises/parties from my neighbors. In fact, I don't hear ANYTHING from my neighbors except for the garbage disposal upstairs sometimes. They said that everyone has restaurant strength garbage disposals so they're all really loud. There are a lot of military people here because of Ft. Belvoir. I guess they train them to be respectful of others in the military because they kind of mind their own business and just say hello when passing.

There are a few seemingly unsupervised kids running around, but they haven't been a problem yet. Most of them know me, so I don't foresee them doing anything bad, at least to me.

But, if you're looking for nice, quiet surroundings with good neighbors, definitely look this way. If you're loud, dirty, and disrespectful though, dont come by b/c we don't want you messing up the evenflow around here.
