my family and i are looking into renting at Sanger place, can anyone give me some up to date information on this complex...i have read through all the reviews and i just want to know about any new (parking and otherwise) policies for this year, management's interaction with residents, maintainance response system, the condition and the quality of such facilities as the clubhouse, gym, pool, and laundry.....your help will be greatly appreciated :)
