I think this place is awesome. I have been here for a few months and have few complaints. When I first moved in, I must admit it was a bit noisier than what I was used to (loud music at 11-12 at night--I have a 9 to 5) but that has since disappeared. Usually pretty quiet now. My dishwasher was not working and my water heater was set to "ice cold". Called management and it was fixed by the time I came home. Then my kitchen sick started to leak. Noticed it at 10 in the morning, called the office, no answer...had to leave a message. Maintenance came and it was fixed by noon. Have had no problems since. Parking can sometimes get annoying because some people don't know how to park. (The lines are there for a reason.) For the most part, it's not so much an issue. The trash/dump area is a mess every other time I go there. I don't understand why people feel that they can just leave their trash in the general vicinity of the garbage and not actually place it into the compressor. It's annoying but not an issue for me because the garbage area is located in a centralized location and is not looks rather clean until you pull up to it. Other than that, neighbors seem nice. Pool is great. No complaints about management. Great location. Spacious. A good updating of appliances/cabinets would be nice but everything works. Totally recommend this place.
