the following is my opinion and thoughts.
This place was cool when I first moved in a few years back. It has gone way down hill from then.
Crazy rent increases. multiple management changes. parking sucks big time.
My place was broken into and they are charging me for the damage done.
I would not recomend this place to anyone.
It seems that if you have been there a while they care less and less about you. way too many "periodic" inspections. If your one of those just leave me alone renters this is totally not the place for you.
one of my neighbors just told me she got a $100 a month increase. with what is happening in todays economy that is f-ing wrong.
spend some time looking you can find way better places for far less. even single family places can be rented for less not too far away.
