Ok, but needs improvement

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
This is the second time I have lived at these appartments the first time was in 2000-2001 and I never had a problem except for the lack of parking in the area I was at. Since moving in agian in Aug of 02 I have had nothing but problems!
When we first moved in there was no soap dish in the bath/shower well they came back and installed one and a month later it fell off. oh and aparently they painted the bath tub because its peeling off!
The front door had some dammage to it as if some one at one time tried to break in to the appartment they said they would be back to fix it but they have yet to show up.
There have been other little problems but the 2 biggest were 1. the A.C. is not working still waiting on them to fix it. and 2. a few months ago i woke up to water all over my hallway and in the laundry room and kitchen. the pipes had cloged and the washer was going and all the water that was being drained was just comming back up it took them 3-4 days to fix it and they made a big mess doing so cutting in to the wall our laundry room to get to the pipes better, this was in march, its may and they just came back to fix the holes they made.
We dont have any problems really with our neighbors, yea other kids can be noisy sometimes but i can tolorate that. There are some weird people around that I do avoid but other wise the people around us are nice. There is lots of parking where we are at so no problem there. Although its not as well lit as I would like its ok. oh and about hearing neighbors through the walls, well if they are in the hallway you can hear them very well, but in side the appartment unless they are yelling you cant hear them. Our neighbors before the ones we have now yelled alot and we heard it all the time!
the nice things about the place is its easy access to 95, VRE, and Metro.
Overall I think this place is not to bad if you are not looking for anything special. We though are counting the days till we move away! sometimes after all the problems we have had i think maybe they should be paying me to live here! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
