To those potentially interested in the Woods of Fairfax,
Stay away, children are always playing amongst the cars in the parking lot. Trash is a big problem, both in the community areas, and on the grounds. Crime is rampant in the complex, a week hasn't gone by that I haven't noticed a police car somewhere within the complex. I've had two license plates stolen for whatever reason, as well as my motorcycle. Parking is always a hassle, the grounds are poorly lit, and heaven forbid you have to go to a neighbor to borrow something. Unless you speak Spanish, you're out of luck. The management is poor, very unprofessional and rude. (Perhaps, because I don't know Spanish) I will say one thing nice about this community, the garbage disposals work great.
