I have lived in the woods for over 2 years now and if it wasn't for the fact that it was so close to Belvoir and that there were buses going to the Pentagon on a day to day basis, I would have left already.
The neighbors, some are friendly, but there are some who don't even deserve to sleep in a dog house. Also, the hallways are smelly and nasty. There are attempts to clean the hallway carpet, but the job is so poor that the odor and the wet smell makes it worse.

I have had my car hit and broken into. I suggested that they put more lighting around the area. I don't know if they took it into consideration or just ignored it. It is not a safe place to walk around at night or in the early mornings. There are many people coming in and out of there.

The parking situation is very bad. Anytime after 8 pm, you will not find a single place to park. You will have to park 2 buildings down just to get somewhere to park.

The kids in the neighborhood are extremely rude. When crossing the street, they take their time and have no consideration for the motorists. There was one child who was riding his bike, down the hill, around the curve, coming right at me. Luckily we both saw each other or I saw him.

Can say that the living rooms are spacious, but there is a lot of work that needs to be done. Epecially in the windows. I had a very bad problem with lady bugs coming in through the windows. Can tolerate one or two, but not a whole mess of them.

Maintenance is okay, but they don't do a really great job. Could be better. When I initially moved there, the neighborhood seemed very nice and quiet. It has gotten very ghetto.

But other than that, if you are attempting to move here, have them show you something other than a display. And take a close look at the surroundings, especially where they are planning to move you.
