Ok let me start off by saying this aparment complex is a very HORRIBLE place to live. I would not reccommend to anyone.
Now for my reasons....
The office staff are very rude and unknowledgable about everything. They dont care about you, all the care about is getting the paycheck.
Maintence is horrible. They dont come when you call to have something repaired, or if they do come they dont fix a thing!
The residents are just plain aweful.
The kids play in the middle of the street, they do not move if they see a car comming. Teens make out in the laundry room!! If you complain to the office HA your just wasting your time.
There is no respect for other peoples property at all.
Cars are vandelized on a regular basis. Examples... broken into, keyed, written on, stolen. OH but if u cant prove who done it, DONT BOTHER REPORTING IT!!!
The apartments are not very well kept. If you live below any neighbors FORGET PEACE AND QUIET. There is hussle and bussle at all hours of the night when you are trying to sleep. People throwing parties and then leaving their trash all over the place.
Oh and dont let me forget the parking! Its horrible. If you come home after 6pm forget about parking in front of your apartment. They do have covered spaces BUT the residents that own them DONT KNOW HOW TO USE THEM!!! I say if you dont want the dang space give it up and let someone who will use it rent it!
Last but not least...
There needs to be MORE lighting in the neighborhood. If you are a women it is very scary just walking to check your mail, and with all the gangs forget comming home late because you'll have to park SO far away and its dangerous to walk to your place.
So in closing PLEASE i do not suggest you moving to the woods of fairfax. Unless you like these aweful arrangements, MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!
