WOW! I had no idea

It appears that many people that live here are quite upset. We had a good experience when we moved in. The management was different back then. same company, but different property manager. The new one is a rude, stuck up, old hag who i cannot stand. However, most times she is not "on property" anyway so dealing with her is pretty rare. Most of the other staff is ok, but not the best by far. Actually yeah i guess they do suck. The gentleman that moved us in quickly was EXTREMELY nice. He helped us out and gave us a chance when no other properties would. I like our apartment. Very few problems. Maintenance wise they would respond quickly and most of the men were pleasant. Nothing special, but nothing bad. Our apartment is roomy and not too bad, but they are raising rent and I think that is ridiculous. Why raise rent to current residents' new ones I can understand, but raising rent after you have lived there a year' No way! I refuse to pay that much to live out in the boondocks. For those prices I can find a place closer to the district. All in all, you could do better. But it is quiet and low-key. So if you dont care or just want to be left alone....very...alone, why not.
