I lived there in 1996 until 1998 and moved because they would not replace my filty, bubbling carpet, that spots showed up shortly after moving in, as shampooing hides it for a minute then they reappear. But overall it was very quiet with working class folks and mainly military people. Unfortunately due to life situations I took another chance of moving back there in 2003. Boy what a mistake. The neighborhood had turned into the GHETTO filled with white trailer park trash, --------- and ghetto ------. The top parking lot by the dirty laundry room was always filled with unsupervised kids being disrespectful. I had several run-ins with the kids when I asked them not to play on my car. Then the parents, instead of correcting the kids they cursed you out. I constantly called the police for noise and loud music all hours of the night. Teenager throwing beer bottles out of cars, racing through the parking lot. And management did nothing about it. I lived in front of the car wash and people have no respect for neighbors as they played loud music when washing their cars and if you asked them to turn it down you normally got cursed out. I was awaken one night by fire trucks and ambulance, as someone had gotten stabbed below my bedroom window. It was in the paper, yet management sent no letter out warning residents about their safety. My neighbors constantly let their kids play in the halls, and I often found ketsup, pizza or watermelon, garbage basically in front of my door that the kids would leave after eating. They would placed their leaking garbage bags outside their door and the carpet was replaced once only to be soiled again in the common area leaving a horrible smell. Once again management did nothing about it. My final straw was finding my car scratched with the word F*&^ you, I assumed it was someone that I called the police on for noise. I would highly recommend that no one lives there unless of course they like living around poor white trash, --------- and ghetto ------. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
