Horrible maintenance, clueless office staff, grass covered with dog ----, drug dealers hanging in front of entrances, cheap carpet, cheap walls, cheap doors.......cheap everything but the rent!! You will meet some of the dumbest individuals in Virginia when you walk into that office.
