I lived here for many years. I've seen it go from a green and white complex to a decent colored complex. The property management has tried to make this place look reasonable by painting the buildings and repaving the access roads. It gave me an affordable place to live in this area. My rent also stayed stagnant for a few years but then jumped by $50.

However, the floor of the laundry building is very dirty. It is not cleaned and the dryers don't work properly. I've lost money several times due to the dryers not working properly.

Maintenance has also deteriorated. I had to call them more than once in order for them to just fix simple leaks in the kithcen and the bathroom. The management staff in the office was also rude when I said that it has been two weeks and the maintenance person has not fixed the leaks.

My car's hood got scratched, either because of wild cats running around or uncontrolled dogs.

They advertised tennis courts, but the courts are not well maintained. The court is cracked and the nets are torn. Also, kids get access to the courts and sit on the nets.

In the future, please be sure to inform the staff of any malfunctions or unpleasantries with laundry buildings or tennis courts. I assure you that the situation will be resolved promptly.
