We moved in here 15 months ago. When we first moved it, it was fantastic. It was ran well and under a different management team. Since the new manager arrived, it has gone down hill. More Section 8 residents have moved in and the crime has followed. There are at least 2 drug dealers that we know of, gang problems with graffiti, apartments being robbed, and recently, a Domino's Pizza driver was robbed at gunpoint. We are afraid to walk our dogs at night due to the drug deals going on and the gang members. My husband has started carrying a knife at night.

The management has done nothing to address the crime problems or inform residents. Their solution to the gang graffiti was simply to paint over it. The new management team here is horrible.

Parking is also a huge problem, especially when they repave the roads in the complex. I've had to walk 10 minutes to my car before at night and with the crime problem, that is a very big risk.

The residents are either good people or horrible. We had a guy living below us who beat his girlfriend every night. The cops have been here many times for various issues.

The only problem we haven't had here is bugs. We broke our lease and paid money just to move out. I would NOT recommend living here, especially if you have children. If you do live here, I would recommend getting a dog for safety reasons. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
