I have lived here now for almost 2 years and I really don't have that many complaints. I live in a renovated apartment which includes a washer and dryer. The apartments are very spacious. Last summer I had major problems with my AC unit, maintenance responded promptly within a couple of hours. Its best if you actually go into the office to report a problem, it seems like it gets handled faster that way.
I don't have any bug problems. I don't have any noise problems. I am told that there is some problems at the back of the apartment complex. I live towards the front and have never seen any violence. Children do often ride bikes through the complex. Overall its been a great place to live.
