major crime problem, bloody buildings, employee getting arrested infront of the office. If you call for any maintenance problems it takes for ever to be fixed. My neighbor called maintenance the other day because his a/c wasn't working, and the maintenance man who doesn't have a clue of what he was doing almost caught the building on fire. The other night I saw one of the maintenance daughter(under age driving the golf cart) she almost hit my car. Don't even bother to call management, the property manager she's never there and the office manager is too busy to see you. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can move out of here.

Unfortunately, the crime issues that you have written about have not been reported to either The Woods of Fairfax rental office or the Fairfax County Police Department. Please understand that we take such incidents very seriously and continually work hard to make The Woods of Fairfax an enjoyable place to live. Our maintanance staff is well trained and are responsible for responding to maintanance requests within 24 hours. If you have maintenance concers in your apartment home that you feel have not been adequately addressed, I urge you to call the rental office so that we may have the opportunity to resolve them for you. You are correct one of the maintenance employees did allow his child to sit in one of our golf carts and move in and out of a parking space. This is certainly not something we permit. Please be assured that appropriate action has been taken. Again, I encourage you to call the rental office at (703) 550-9331 with any concerns you may have.
