management doesn't care about residents. Call for a maitenance request and it'll take for ever, it will take at least 3 trips so they can finally try to fix your problem. My neighbor called over a month ago because her ceiling is cracking, she stills waiting for maitenance to go and take a look at it. Last night the same maitenance man who got arrested infront of the office a few months ago, who let her underage daughter drive the golfcart, left the golf cart key-some teenagers drove the cart and hit my neighbors car, and management doesn't care. She tried to talked to the manager and office manager, they were not available. They have bugs problems here. Mold and meldew in the wall buildings, specially if you are in the basement Not a very safe place to live. When we moved here almost 2 years ago, it was great, but with the new management, things got out of control, fairfax county police come almost every day.

From the Woods of Fairfax Management Staff: The staff of The Woods of Fairfax takes great pride in the service and care that we provide our residents and we strive to demonstrate that through our actions daily. It is our policy to respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours. If for some reason this has not happened, please call our rental office at (703) 550-9331 so that we may resolve your concerns without delay. I assure you that no member of our staff has been arrested on property. We carefully screen all staff members at the time of hire and take matters of this nature very seriously. The health of our residents is of the utmost importance to us. Please report any evidence of mold or mildew to the rental office immediately so that we may have the opportunity to remedy this situation. Also, we have an exterminator that comes to the community on a weekly basis. Should your apartment need treatment, simply call the rental office and the treatment will be scheduled. In closing, I am very saddened that your experience thus far at The Woods of Fairfax has not been exceptional and would love the opportunity to remedy these situations for you.
