I recommended that my cousin move to the Woods of Fairfax because of the spacious apartments and the convenience. Boy did I make a mistake. She experienced bats in her apartment. I'm glad I finally moved from that hell hole. This complex does not take care of their tenants. Its trashy, the apartment buildings are dirty, and the laudry rooms are a disgrace. The rental office talk about how we need to keep them informed.....you are informed and you still don't do anything about it. I don't understand why they can't have a professional company come out and fix the washer/dryers the correct way. You dry your clothes for an 1 30 minutes and they are still wet. The apartments are big and spacious, close to the beltway, and they have decent grocery stores to choose from. Phoebe and Christine are very helpful, so make sure you ask to speak with one of them. Last but not least you decide if this is the right home for you. Read all the previous comments. Good Luck

phoebs and christina are slackers. You ask them to do something and they take forever. I don't know where you got these facts. I have multiple and staff.
