Ready to move but no regrets

I've been a resident of the Woods of Fairfax for 3 years now. It's a pleasant community, the grounds are kept nice, maintenance is quick and reliable, the office staff is nice, little crime. I've never had any issues with theft of any kind, all neighbors are courteous and the walls aren't super thin. The complex is HUGE with 2 pools, and since I've been here so long my original apartment came with a washer and dryer in the lease so they kept one, I've heard you have to rent them or provide your own with the new leases now. Pricing is not so bad for the lorton area. Im moving to woodbridge for a $300 less and a newer complex. Good luck!
