My wife and I lived here for two years, and at first it was good. Before too long, however, our upstairs neighbor moved in and the problems started. All hours of the day and night they were running around their apartment, and they were constantly throwing trash and toys over the balcony onto our patio. The staff only said, "Fill out a complaint form, and we'll see what we can do." What's up with that'
