It isn't as bad as the other posts make it out to be, although I've only been here for six months. The trash is always overflowing and it could use a little repair but I've seen far worse. The only problem I really have is that I live at the very end of the complex with my patio facing what seems like a National Forest...I can't keep the glass doors open without having a host of critters invading.The screen door only seems to keep the birds out (for some reason one bird in particular tries to force his way through the glass/screen door every evening).
