I lived here for too long.....the apartments and I lived in three different ones, moving to hopefully find one that didn't need help....and of course being charged the $330 admin fee to move me from one building to another. Two of the apartments flooded in two days time, ruining $$$$ of furniture....keep that renters insurance paid up.....stray cats doesn't even cover the zoo they have there, including the residents....kids with knives, cussing, loitering in the hallways....adults out in the parking lots with loud music till all hours of the nights....the robberies there of the vehicles....management is clueless, they don't live there, drive a BMW sports car, the repair staff is rotated yearly to get away from the disrepair and long hours trying to fix everything....watch out for the ants....they will carry you away...management refuses to do much about anything as it will take away from their end of the year bonus....rents are too high to live in an uptown ghetto.
