Uptown ghetto

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
I have family that lives in here and what a ghetto! All ages/ all races like to hang out in the parking lot either skateboarding around your car or just "hanging" with the car stereo blasting! The ant problem is year round! You can hear your neighbors music even in the bathroom! Its almost impossible to get out of the complex because of the traffic and now the construction on RT 1...
