-If you are in the Military this might be a good place to reside. They give military discounts, plus its close to a military post.
-They need to understand that this is not a zoo, or send the zoo keeper to come and get the stray cats.
-Parking is terrible, they need to have assigned parking.
-The silver fish are furious they are all over the walls and the little thingy with the million legs are all over, so watchout.

-The bathrooms are beutifull, except that they mildew every two days after you clean them.

- The new management is pro-active and they seem nice.

- If you tell them exactly what and how you want it fix they usually will do it correctly, but overall maintenance is good.
- They just renovcated the outside of the appartments, so they look a lot better.

-THE ARE TOO MANY DAMN -------- AND THEY LIKE TO STILL CABLE.

-I TRULLY BELEIVE THAT, IF THEY WANT TO IMPROVE LIVING HERE THAT THEY SHOULD NOT GO UP ON THE PRICE EVERYTIME YOU RENEW YOU LEASE, THEY WOULD RETAIN A WHOLE LOT MORE CUSTOMER, THIS IS THE MAIN REASON WHY I'M MOVING OUT.

Apartmentsratings.com should remove the comment dated Dec 7, 2004 whick makes reference to -------- stealing cable. I am a black, but prejudicial comments about any race I find it very offensive furthermore, I am surprized that apratmentsratings.com even posted such such a prejudice and ignorant comment such as that on their webpage.

I agree as well. I am a non-Mexican minority and thought the exact same thing when I read that. Not only was it completely ignorant, but it was irrelevant to the purpose of this site. This definitely needs to be addressed by apartmentratings.com.

I am Mexican, too and I totally agree! There are too many damn -------- running around Lorton! Seriously though, you non--------- need to loosen up... not every comment that includes a reference to ethnicity is prejudiced. Also, Mexican is an ethinicity, NOT a race... get it straight jerks.
