I have lived at Woodside for over 3 years. This definitely will be my last year. For one thing the construction has blocked a parking lot for over one year. Two the construction on Route 1 means I take my own life in my hands just pull into and out of the apartment complex! Take into fact that Woodside apartment will be no longer allowed to run south on Route 1. The third problem is related to the first, PARKING!!! The problem is the no availability of parking any longer at Woodside. Unless you park you car during the daytime before 5pm, you are golden. Try to park after 5pm and you will be walking in DARK Parking lots back to your apartment building. The fourth problem is an absent management staff!!! They are never thin the office during the prescribed, posted times. The fifth problem is BAD management! I personally know of three residents rent checks go missing after being turned into the rental office (the revolving staff issue again). Equity then threatens to go to credit ratings then when confronted they mysteriously find rental checks in the drop box that has not been check for over 2 weeks (you have to put the check in drop box because the management is NEVER there to accept it in person)! The revolving management staff issue pops up yet again! The sixth problem is ever increasing rent, and deteriorating living conditions. Between all the building painting, the disappearing parking lots, the absent revolving management staff and rude treatment of renters, all the route 1 construction preventing you from going south on route 1, the ever increasing ghetto appearance of the apartment complex.
