Got too expensive

I lived in Woodside for just under 2 years. In the begining everything was great (location, maintenance, parking, etc) and I loved the place. By the time I moved out, there was never any parking after 7pm and my rent had gone up 200 dollars and would have increased again if I had not moved. By the way, that was a military rate! I had mushrooms growing in the bathroom corner (not from being dirty). My air conditioner leaked so badly that it ruined the ceiling of the apartment on the first floor and I lived on the third!! My carpet had mold growing under it and the maintenance's way of 'treating' it was to spray a bleach solution on it and place a fan on the floor for 3 days. The rental office staff could use a course in Customer Relations, also. I had several other issues but I don't have the room to go into detail. The location is good, but it's not worth what they are charging now.
