I submitted the 30 day notice 45 days proir to the vacating date, just so be extra squared away. I went in there to pay a utility bill 25 days prior and confirmed its still good to go with the receptionist and everything was good to go. Comes 5 days before my dated time I was supposed to leave I go to turn in the key and get a final inspection. The people in the office refused knowledge of me ever submitting a 30day notice. Needless to say I cleared of the managers desk in anger... I threw the keys at them and told them they can go stick it, I am not paying another dollar. So 3 months go by they send me a bill for $1700 dollars for $1300 for the rent and $400 of fees. I call them up and told them that they will have to take me to court for it and they said that they already took it to court. I told them to send me the paperwork and sure enough I got it put against me with out me even getting notified, they knew my new address, so doesn't the city, county, state, federal. So I give this place a 1 on my rental experiences just because they go the extra step to screw over the tenants.
