I currently reside at Woodside and I hate living here. Honestly, with all the money the tenants pay these apartments should look WAY better. First of all we lived here about 2 years ago and there was ant infestations on the second floor. We are not living on the main/bottom floor and there are ants AND I am now seeing TERMITES!!!!!! Freakin sick! I was sitting outside the apartment waiting for the bus and I heard something inside the hand rails. I look on the ground and there are wood shavings. So what eats wood' Termites. We have also seen them randomly crawling around in the house! The bees in front of the building are almost unbearable. My son is so scared to go down the stairs. Still, no one has fixed the problem. I don't think it is worth the money to stay here. Parking sucks, I can hear the people above us fight all the time. It need major improvement.

If you hate it so much then why have you stayed there for two years? Have you ever considered that maybe the maintenance staff is trying to do something about the insects? Have you even taken the time to approach the staff yourself and ask them about it? econd, ther is not an apartment in the world where you don't hear noise from a neighbor from time to time. That is something you have to accept wherever you move. Perhaps you should stop being so critical and whiny and look elsewhere.
