Stay away For the amount of rent you pay you could get a house. We had a flood and maintenance never responded to our emergency phone calls. It took them a week to fix one issue. And the don't have good pest control. I will not be staying here after my lease.

I have lived in the Woods of Fairfax for 2 weeks now and i have been nothing but happy. The office staff is great, they made sure i got the exact apartment i was looking for. The grounds are VERY well kept, he pools are also very well kept. The parking is great nd it's not loud here at

Thank You Since moving here in 2006 we have nothing but good things to say about the apartments. Starting with the staff they are very friendly and always willing to help. The maintence staff is super. The hallways are always clean and well lit, the grounds are some of the best kept in Lorton.
