I loved living at City Place! The manager, Kathy, is so great and helpful. The apartments are in like-new condition. They are beautiful apartments, and they include a washer and dryer in the rent. A perk we liked, was that we could make it our own, and paint (as long as your color is approved). The only downside, is no pool, gym or park, but the YMCA is directly across the street. We had to move to Raleigh for work, but we are hoping to move back there at the end of this year.
