We rented from Langley Properties due to their complete list of apartments online. Since we were moving from out of state we decided this would be the best bet for us. We started living at Forestbrook apts. only to have the maintnance man walk in on me in nothing but a towel. No knocking, just walked in. I complained when he left because he made some very unorthodox comments. The main office told me that I was not telling the truth on this manner since they had just made this man employee of the month. 2 weeks later, my cars tires were slit and I was told that I needed to move my car immediately or have it towed, impounded, and face a 500 dollar fee for having a vehicle with flat tires on their property. Being from out of state this is my first month in Lynchburg and I have never lived here before. Therefore the enemy ratio is slim to none. My fiancee has not lived here for 4 years due to being in the Army and he had not previously even lived in Lynchburg. I call to ask if I can move to a different community due to safety issues. The office tells me that they don't believe we have a good working relationship so I'm not allowed to move. I either stay here, scared of the maintinece man and in fear of vandalism to my car, or I pay them the 1,050.00 to get out of their lease. I will NEVER, EVER agian rent from langley. I will let everyone else know that this is a BAD company to deal with. The customer is never right with them and they believe their employees over the residents. I intend to contact the local newspapers, raido stations, and television stations regarding this.

So you live at Forrestbrook apartments, yet your comment is under County Green Apartments. Are you a little confused here? From what you've wrttien here...County Green hasn't done anything wrong! You seem to be venting your frustration in the wrong direction...maybe there's a reason they don't believe you!
