Worst PLace I've ever lived

Every time it rained our Apartment would flood. Their solution was to pull back the carpet and let us borrow a fan. Needless to say it always smelled moldy and musty. I was constantly sick for the year I lived there. As soon as I moved out I felt 100 times better. Other problems were neighbors smoked so much it came through the walls. Other Neighbors were dealing drugs.
