I've been living here since the summer and I've had no real problems. Overall, it is a very quiet place. The staff is very friendly and usually very quick to fix a problem. These townhouses are older, and could use a little bit of updating (the bathrooms are small), but rent is also less expensive than many of the places in Lynchburg. Pets are welcome, but you will have to pay a pet deposit and $20 a month per pet. One of the best things about the townhomes is the fact that our utilities are so much cheaper. In the summer, we usually pay $40-60 for electric. It goes up to about $100 in very cold winter months, but that is still way cheaper that what we paid at Walden Pond (which is owned by the same company as Old Mill) at any given month. Water and sewage are included with the rent so there is no extra bill. I've enjoyed living here and would reccommend this place!

Im sorry but, I do not know what this person is on. My bill between the months of June to October where 80 to 90 dollars a month. The bad part is I was gone a lot a I dont leave things on when im gone or overnight. And with parking at a 4? You only get 1 spot per townhome and if your unluckly like me both your neighbors have 3 or 4 people iving there and everyone of them having a car. Also for you to give the staff a 5 makes me wnder if you might be 1 of them. As for construction I guess you didn;t see the 6 to 8 -------- out there every week or so and im guessing no one lived beside you because the walls are really thin. The ONLY compliment I will give about Old Mill is the maintenance people (only them! not the office staff) are very nice. The office staff should def take tips from them.
