1. When I moved in the apartment was terrible. Over half my outlets didnt work and still didn't when i moved out! Floor in kitchen had marking all over it. I killed ATLEAST 7 or 8 spiders a day. I complained about the spiders and it took dodson over a week and a hlaf to come and they didn't take care of the problem!

2. Talk to the neighbors and they had said there outlets where shooting sparks out! which I had seen for myself to believe and managment didn;t consider it an "emergency maintanence problem" so neighors had to wait until the next morning to have it fixed.

3. Parking is outragous. Some apartments have 4 or 5 teenagers/adults living in there and they al like to park as close as they can to there town home so parking can be tricky.

4. My direct neighbor was broken into not once but, twice!

5. I was told I would have to pay over 1000 dollars to replace the carpet in the townhouse because replacing carpet in just one room would not "match". The carpet was a litte over a year old and sherwin williams keeps the same exact carpet(color and brand) in stock just for them.

6. As a matter of fact an unknown source from sherwin williams in roanoke, va told me that Old Mill replaces carpet over there atleast every 2 or 3 months. Thats a lot considering they believe the life expectancy of carpet is 8 years!

Managment is nice to you in the begining but, EVERY person I have talked to has complained of the rudness they encounter when meeting with them after you move in.

So beware! You can find a lot (I mean a lot) better apartments in Lynchburg. I only moved in because they had 2 or 3 availble that day but, now I see why they always have townhomes open. Good luck to anyone who is stuck over there.
