This place is just horrible. When i tried to get out of my lease as a college student i was moving back home. HHHunt wouldnt even work with me. They just continued to say there is nothing we can do. There was no outclause in my lease. Then we had termites who eaten through the boards. They never fixed it. In the end my parents had to buy out the lease!

Leases are legal agreements that cannot end prior to the normal end of the contract. HHHunt does offer a Re-Rental should residents find that they must leave prior to the ending of the contract/lease agreement.

most people do have an early termination clause which allows a tenant to pay a lease break fee to get out if things like that should arise

the problem with HHHunt when they stated that they had a RE rental program was that i could still be paying for my whole lease until it was finished out if someone didnt rent the place. I was told that no one was renting and i was just going to have to tuff it up pay a 250 fee plus rent and keep the lights on there is a woman who is now trying to get out of her lease she has bought a house and they are still making her pay out the nose. This company is horrible and their customer service is just the worst ever
