Paper-thin walls and ceilings

These apartments are fairly well-managed, but the construction is poor. You can hear every footstep in the unit above you, and conversations in adjacent units can be heard through the thin walls. Management promptly replaces A/C filters and sprays for insects, but badly-needed expensive repairs rarely happen (example - completely rusted garbage disposals). uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
